Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Redwood Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions with a focus on the Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX). The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, Redwood pages, business process optimization, and application configuration. The role involves delivering modern, user-centric SCM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion SCM solutions with Redwood User Experience (UX).

- Configure and optimize Redwood pages, workflows, and user interfaces across Oracle Fusion SCM modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, enhancements, and production support.

- Configure business processes, approvals, and workflows within Oracle Fusion SCM.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to enable Redwood adoption and improve user experience.

- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with Oracle best practices.

- Support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.

- Work closely with business users to drive change management and Redwood feature adoption.

- Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases and implement relevant Redwood enhancements.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and support.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Redwood User Experience (UX) and Redwood pages.

- Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:

1. Procurement

2. Inventory Management

3. Order Management

4. Manufacturing

5. Supply Planning

6. Product Management

7. Cost Management

- Experience configuring approvals, workflows, roles, and security within Oracle Fusion SCM.

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM architecture, business processes, and best practices.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.

- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ADFDI is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
