Job Summary :

The Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. The role involves gathering business requirements, designing SCM processes, conducting system configurations, testing solutions, and providing end-user training and support across procurement, inventory, order management, and manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Consulting :

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions.

- Design and recommend Oracle Fusion SCM solutions aligned with business needs.

- Configure Oracle Fusion SCM applications based on business requirements.

- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), solution design documents, and process flows.

Implementation and Support :

- Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.

- Manage and support resolving end-to-end P2P cycle process.

- Perform system setup, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Support production issues and provide root cause analysis.

- Manage change requests, enhancements, and system upgrades.

- Manage and configure Redwood UI changes in SCM modules.

SCM Modules Expertise :

Provide functional expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion SCM modules:

- Procurement

- Self-service procurement

- Inventory Management

- Order Management

- Supplier Qualification and Supplier Portal

- Manufacturing

Testing and Documentation :

- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and execution plans.

- Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.

- Create training materials and user guides.

- Maintain project documentation and configuration documents.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with business users, project managers, technical teams, and integration teams.

- Facilitate workshops and solution demonstrations.

- Provide business process improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 7+ years of SCM functional consulting experience.

- Minimum 4+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.

Required Skills :
