Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Description :

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, with a deep understanding of manufacturing business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations

- Work on core SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management

- Drive manufacturing-related configurations including BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work in Process), and Discrete Manufacturing

- Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design

- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (Fusion Heavy less EBS)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud

- Strong experience in Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, Discrete Manufacturing)

- Hands-on experience in Inventory, Procurement, Order Management

- Experience in P2P and O2C cycles

- Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects

- Good understanding of manufacturing business processes

Good to Have :

- Experience in Supply Planning / ASCP / MRP

- Oracle certifications in SCM modules

- Exposure to integrations and data migration (FBDI, ADFDI)
