We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Lead with 12+ years of hands-on experience across Supply Chain and Manufacturing. The candidate will partner closely with business and Supply Chain leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions and drive end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle Fusion SCM functional design, configuration, enhancements, and production support.

- Provide functional expertise across Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning, MRP/Supply Planning, PDH, NPI/NIR, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Logistics, and Fulfillment.

- Translate business requirements into solution designs and clearly communicate solution decisions, risks, and recommendations.

- Partner directly with business stakeholders and Supply Chain leadership to understand processes, identify gaps, and drive process optimization.

- Lead end-to-end delivery including requirements, design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, training, documentation, quarterly upgrades, and production stability.

- Support SOX, audit, compliance, and operational controls, including segregation of duties, audit traceability, cycle counts, physical inventory, costing, and period close.

- Support reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting using OTBI/BIP and Oracle Fusion SCM data.

- Work closely with technical and integration teams on Oracle Fusion SCM integrations and end-to-end solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and reduction of recurring production issues.

- Act as a trusted strategic business partner rather than a ticket-queue owner.

Required Qualifications :

- 12+ years of Oracle ERP/SCM experience with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM expertise.

- Strong functional knowledge across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, and Fulfillment.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, testing, UAT, production support, and quarterly upgrades.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM data models, integrations, OTBI/BIP, and reporting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.

- Ability to work effectively with Supply Chain VPs, Operations leadership, and senior manufacturing stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving, process optimization, and business-outcome mindset.

- Experience in SOX/compliance and audit-controlled environments.

- Ability to operate effectively in a high-velocity, changing business environment.

- Flexible to work till midnight IST.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Fusion SCM certification(s).

- Experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

- Experience with NPI/NIR, regulated manufacturing, and supply chain transformation.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion integration technologies and architecture.

Work Details :

- 5 days work from office - day shift

- Location: Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad
