We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Sales & CPQ Functional Consultant with 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ, CRM transformation, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Sales solutions and leading CRM migration initiatives, particularly from Salesforce to Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud and Oracle CPQ solutions.

- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional solutions.

- Configure Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Product Configuration, Pricing Rules, and Approval Workflows.

- Design and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

- Lead and support Salesforce (SFDC) to Oracle Fusion CRM migration activities.

- Manage CRM data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and provide functional inputs for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and test scenarios.

- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support and enhancements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver end-to-end CRM transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion CRM / Sales Cloud.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud and Oracle CPQ.

- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion CRM and end-to-end Q2C processes.

- Strong experience in Lead-to-Opportunity and sales lifecycle processes.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, including product configuration, pricing, and approvals.

- Proven experience in CRM data migration, preferably Salesforce to Oracle Fusion.

- Experience independently delivering Oracle Fusion Sales/CPQ implementations.

- Strong stakeholder management, business process understanding, and functional consulting skills.

- Experience with SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Knowledge of SQL/PL/SQL.

- Experience in large-scale CRM transformation programs.

- Oracle Fusion Sales/CPQ certification.
