Role Overview:

As an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant, you will serve as a key subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable system solutions. Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency of our clients' supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration across Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement functions to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including OM, INV, and PO to align with client-specific business processes.

- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to identify gaps and propose effective solutions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial scoping and configuration to testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.

- Develop comprehensive functional documentation, including business requirement documents and configuration workbooks, to ensure project clarity and knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and custom extensions, ensuring the overall solution maintains system integrity and performance.

- Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain Planning to resolve complex functional issues and improve system adoption.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion SCM modules, specifically Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), and Procurement (PO).

- Proven ability to lead functional workstreams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot functional bottlenecks and optimize supply chain workflows in a cloud environment.

- Extensive experience managing full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, with a total professional experience ranging from 8 - 16 years.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with global teams across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore.

- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain Planning, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and standard business processes.

- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments while maintaining high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction.
