Role Overview :

As an Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant, you will serve as the primary bridge between business requirements and technical implementation within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize procurement workflows that drive operational efficiency. Your daily contributions will directly influence the success of large-scale ERP deployments, ensuring that business processes are seamlessly integrated into the Oracle Fusion environment to deliver measurable value to the end-user.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement modules to align with client-specific business processes and procurement lifecycle requirements.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Sourcing and Procurement workflows to streamline vendor management and purchasing activities.

- Develop complex reports and dashboards using OTBI and BIP tools to provide actionable insights for procurement performance monitoring.

- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to validate system functionality and ensure all business requirements are met before production deployment.

- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot functional gaps and provide robust solutions that maintain system integrity.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new procurement modules and processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, including Sourcing, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal modules.

- Possess strong proficiency in designing and executing reports using OTBI and BIP to support data-driven decision-making.

- Exhibit 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in managing full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations within complex enterprise environments.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate abstract business needs into precise functional specifications.

- Manage UAT cycles independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and minimal post-go-live issues.

- Adapt quickly to hybrid work environments in Bangalore while maintaining high productivity and collaborative standards.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration, complemented by a strong understanding of procurement best practices.
