We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payments & Cash Management Lead Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The role will involve solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support across Payments and Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Payments and Cash Management.

- Configure payment methods, payment process profiles, payment system accounts, and bank accounts.

- Manage payment format onboarding and integration with banking systems.

- Configure and support bank statement onboarding and bank statement import.

- Implement and support bank account management and bank reconciliation.

- Work closely with business and finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.

- Support Oracle Fusion Payables, Payments, Cash Management, and Financials integration.

- Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and regression testing.

- Support end-to-end implementation, production deployment, go-live, and post-go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions while following Oracle best practices.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration specifications, test scenarios, and knowledge-transfer material.

- Act as a functional lead and provide guidance to junior consultants.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payments and Cash Management.
