Role Overview :

iPivot is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion OTL Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Time & Labor (OTL).

The candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting time-entry processes, time cards, approval workflows and project-charging integrations, while resolving end-to-end functional issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time & Labor (OTL) functionality.

- Configure and maintain time-entry rules, layouts, templates and related settings.

- Set up and troubleshoot time-card templates and time-entry processes.

- Configure OTL approval workflows, approval rules and routing.

- Support integration between Oracle OTL and Oracle Project Management / Project Costing.

- Analyse and resolve issues related to time entry, validation, submission, approval and project charging.

- Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Support production deployments and post-deployment issue resolution.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate OTL configurations.

- Maintain functional documentation and support ongoing enhancements to time and labour processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Time & Labor (OTL).

- Expertise in time-entry configuration and time-card setup.

- Experience configuring OTL templates and layouts.

- Strong understanding of OTL approval workflows, rules and routing.

- Experience integrating Oracle OTL with Oracle Project Management / Project Costing.

- Ability to independently troubleshoot end-to-end OTL functional issues.

- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functional configuration and business processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate :

- 7 - 16 years of experience.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion OTL.

- Ability to independently manage configuration, testing, troubleshooting and production support.

- Strong stakeholder coordination and documentation skills.
