Role Overview :
As an Oracle Fusion ICM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical designs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring successful integration of Oracle ICM with other enterprise systems, driving efficiency and accuracy in incentive compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect Oracle Fusion ICM solutions that align with client's business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the development and configuration of Oracle ICM modules, including compensation plans, rules, and calculations.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions between Oracle ICM and other enterprise systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and consultants on the project team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle ICM implementations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Oracle ICM applications to ensure optimal system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion ICM features and functionalities, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Oracle Fusion ICM solutions.
- Proven expertise in integrating Oracle ICM with other enterprise systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable.
