Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll Consultant

Role : Support US Payroll Project with US Team.

Experience : 8+ Years (Minimum 2 End-to-End Payroll Implementations in Payroll).

Engagement : Remote | 4 Hours per Day.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll.

- Collaborate with US-based payroll team to ensure accurate payroll execution.

- Handle validations, reconciliations, and reporting for payroll activities.

- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and best practices.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.

- Proven track record with at least 2 end-to-end Payroll implementations.

- Excellent communication skills for cross-border collaboration.

- Immediate availability for part-time engagement.
