Job Summary :

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultants with strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Extracts and/or Fast Formula. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, configuring, testing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.

Key Skills :

- Oracle Fusion HCM Technical

- HCM Extracts or Fast Formula (Mandatory)

- Oracle Fusion HCM technical development and support

- Requirement analysis and technical solution design

- Development, testing and troubleshooting

- Experience with HCM data and business processes

Technical Responsibilities :

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM Extracts

- Create and maintain Fast Formulas based on business requirements

- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions

- Develop, modify and troubleshoot HCM technical components

- Perform unit testing, integration testing and defect resolution

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis

- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders

- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities

- Participate in Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and impact analysis

HCM Extracts :

- Experience developing and maintaining HCM Extracts

- Extract definitions, records, attributes and data groups

- Experience with extract delivery options and output formats

- Knowledge of HCM Extract troubleshooting and performance optimization

Fast Formula :

- Strong experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Fast Formulas

- Experience with formula types relevant to HCM modules

- Debugging and troubleshooting Fast Formula issues

- Knowledge of HCM database items, inputs and contexts

Good to Have :

- Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Candidate Profile :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

- Candidates willing to attend Face-to-Face interview in Bengaluru on 5th September 2026

- Immediate/short-term joiners preferred
