Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure complex technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM to align with specific organizational business goals and operational workflows.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts to automate data processing and meet unique client-side reporting requirements.

- Design and execute seamless third-party integrations using HDL, HSDL, and REST/SOAP APIs to ensure consistent data flow across the enterprise application landscape.

- Create high-impact OTBI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
