Integrations (Primary Focus - OIC) Design, build, and support integrations using: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST/SOAP APIs Work on integrations between: HCM and downstream/upstream systems (Payroll, Finance, third-party tools) Troubleshoot and support integration failures in AMS environment

3. Reporting & Extracts Develop and maintain: BI Publisher reports OTBI reports HCM Extracts for outbound integrations Ensure reporting accuracy and optimize performance

4. AMS Support (Critical for this demand) Provide L2/L3 production support for HCM technical issues Perform RCA and issue resolution within SLA timelines Handle incidents, service requests, and CRs

5. Data Management & Governance Ensure data integrity, validation, and compliance Support audit and governance requirements for HCM data

6. Performance & Optimization Optimize: Integration performance (OIC flows) Report execution and extract runs Identify and address performance bottlenecks
