Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have good functional expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on functional implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

- Configure and support Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll modules.

- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.

- Perform functional testing and support UAT activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and technical requirements.

- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

- Work with business users and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
