Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Oracle HCM processes, data flows, configurations, and business logic.

- Guide and support the design of test cases and validation scenarios within UiPath Test Suite.

- Provide advisory support to ensure test scenarios are accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.

- Review test scenarios from a functional perspective and identify gaps or inconsistencies.

- Support validation of end-to-end Oracle HCM business processes.

- Collaborate with testing and business teams to clarify functional requirements and resolve process-related queries.

Required Candidate Profile :

Total Experience : 8 - 10 years

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM processes, data flows, and business logic.

- Experience supporting functional testing, test case design, or validation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to provide clear functional guidance and advisory support to testing teams.
