Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant OTL

Hybrid - Pan India - 7+ Years Experience Immediate Joiners Only

Role Overview :

We're seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in OTL and Core HR. The ideal candidate must have 3+ end-to-end HCM implementations (including at least 2 on HCM Cloud).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead/support OTL & Core HR implementations

- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud processes & data flow

- Client-facing role : workshops, design, configuration, testing, go-live

- Deliver functional documentation & knowledge sharing

- Strong focus on problem-solving, influencing, and stakeholder management

- Drive continuous improvement & engagement delivery

Skills Required :

- 7+ years of HCM domain expertise (hire-to-retire cycle)

- At least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations (2+ on Cloud)

- Expert in OTL module with Core HR exposure

- Strong communication, flexibility, and leadership skills
