Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Description :

Experience across two or more of the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules is expected, with Core HR as a strong foundation :

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

- Workforce Compensation

- Workforce Benefits

- Payroll

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation and production support/hypercare

- Strong functional knowledge of HCM business processes and Oracle configuration

- Experience with HDL/HSDL, functional testing, and issue resolution

- Working knowledge of OTBI / BI Publisher for reporting support

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and within global delivery teams
