Job Summary :

We are hiring experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants for a PAN India Virtual Drive.

Candidates with 5 - 12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and strong hands-on experience in ANY ONE of the below modules or skill areas are eligible to apply.

Mandatory Requirement :

Strong hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following Oracle Fusion HCM areas :

- Oracle Fusion HCM Technical

- Compensation

- Benefits

- OTL - Oracle Time and Labor

- ORC - Oracle Recruiting Cloud

- Redwood

- Payroll

- HCM Security

- OLC - Oracle Learning Cloud

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement and/or production support projects.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

- Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design and functional discussions.

- Work with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical teams.

- Support SIT, UAT and production activities.

- Analyze and resolve functional or technical issues within agreed timelines.

- Prepare functional or technical documentation as required.

- Support Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, regression testing and enhancements.

- Follow Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and project standards.

Module-Wise Skill Exposure :

1. Oracle Fusion HCM Technical :

- HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, OTBI / BI Publisher, Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Technical configuration and troubleshooting

2. Compensation :

- Workforce Compensation, Compensation Plans, Salary / Grade / Grade Rates, Individual Compensation, Eligibility and compensation processes

3. Benefits :

- Benefits configuration, Programs, plans and options, Eligibility profiles, Life events, Enrollment and benefits processes

4. OTL - Oracle Time and Labor :

- Time entry and time calculation, Time processing, Time consumer sets, Time rules, Timecards and approvals, OTL integration with Payroll

5. ORC - Oracle Recruiting Cloud :

- Requisitions, Candidate management, Recruiting processes, Job offers, Recruiting workflows, Approvals and security

6. Redwood :

- Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood pages, Redwood adoption/configuration, Redwood UX, HCM business process pages, Redwood-related troubleshooting and security

7. Payroll :

- Payroll configuration, Elements and balances, Payroll flows, Calculation processes, Payroll costing, Payroll integrations/support

8. HCM Security :

- Security Console, Job Roles, Abstract Roles and Duty Roles, Data Roles, Security Profiles, User/role provisioning, HCM data access and troubleshooting

9. OLC - Oracle Learning Cloud :

- Learning catalog, Courses and offerings, Learning assignments, Learner management, Learning activities, Learning security and configuration

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Fusion HCM implementation/support experience

- Experience in configuration and troubleshooting

- Good understanding of HCM business processes

- Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

- Experience with multiple HCM modules is an added advantage

Eligibility :

- 5 - 12 years of overall IT experience

- Relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM

- Any ONE module or skill mentioned above is mandatory

- Candidates from implementation, enhancement or production support backgrounds can apply
