Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion FSCM Technical Lead with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and techno-functional expertise across Oracle Finance & SCM modules, along with hands-on experience in Oracle integrations, OIC, reporting, data migration, application support, performance troubleshooting, and AMS projects.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a 24x7 production support environment and should have the ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable and reliable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and support solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12.

- Work extensively with OTBI, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports.

- Design, develop, monitor, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration tools.

- Handle application-driven integrations, scheduled integrations, file transfers, error handling, and integration monitoring.

- Develop and monitor REST and SOAP Web Services.

- Integrate Oracle Finance & SCM applications with third-party systems/providers.

- Perform data migration and conversion using FBDI, ADFDI, Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loaders.

- Work with Oracle Enterprise Scheduler (ESS) Jobs.

- Provide technical expertise on Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Architecture.

- Monitor and troubleshoot application and SQL performance issues.

- Develop and support BI Publisher reports and reporting solutions.

- Work on Oracle Fusion Support / AMS projects.

- Understand business processes and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Support production issues and participate in troubleshooting and resolution activities.

Required Technical Skills :

- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite EBS R12, Oracle Fusion Technical Architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher / XML Publisher, SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs / SOAP Web Services, FBDI / ADFDI, Oracle Enterprise Scheduler (ESS Jobs), Data Loader / Spreadsheet Loaders, Oracle Reports, Unix Shell Scripts, Forms & Reports / Report Builder, WebADI, AME / Workflow / Alerts, Application & SQL Performance Monitoring.

Finance & SCM Module Knowledge :

- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Finance and SCM modules, including : Oracle Purchasing / Purchase Order (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Project Accounting (PA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), AGIS, Accounting Hub.

Educational Qualification :

- Engineering Degree / Master's in Engineering or MCA.

- Minimum 16 years of formal education is mandatory.
