About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Manager specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. This role requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in Fusion Finance modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management. You will lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials projects, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.

- Lead global finance teams, treasury users, and senior business leadership through solution delivery and project governance.

- Ensure quality assurance and maintain high standards in project execution.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and fostering strong client relationships.

- Travel to client locations in Bangalore as required to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

- 5-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with at least 4 years in a managerial or lead role.

- Proven hands-on experience in Fusion Finance modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Management.

- Demonstrated success in leading at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation projects.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with global finance teams and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a managerial position, particularly in Hyderabad.
