Job Overview :

iPivot is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials - Fixed Assets (FA) AMS Support professional to provide functional application maintenance and production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

The role requires strong expertise in the Fixed Assets lifecycle, asset accounting, depreciation, period-end close, and integration with Oracle Payables (AP) and General Ledger (GL).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting functional issues, resolving support tickets, maintaining application stability, and supporting testing and reconciliation activities in an SLA-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L1/L2 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials - Fixed Assets.

- Troubleshoot issues related to asset additions, mass additions, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, adjustments, and retirements.

- Support configuration and maintenance of Asset Books, Asset Categories, Depreciation Methods, Prorate Conventions, and Asset Calendars.

- Assist with period-end close activities, depreciation runs, accounting generation, and Fixed Assets - General Ledger reconciliation.

- Resolve integration issues involving Oracle Payables (AP), Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL).

- Support FBDI uploads, asset data corrections, data validation, and reconciliation activities.

- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled processes and ESS Jobs related to Fixed Assets.

- Manage support tickets, perform incident analysis, document resolutions, and ensure compliance with defined SLAs.

- Validate application configurations and conduct regression testing for system changes and Oracle quarterly updates.

- Troubleshoot reporting issues related to OTBI, BI Publisher, and standard Fixed Assets reports.

- Coordinate with finance, technical, and cross-functional teams to resolve application issues and maintain business continuity.

- Maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - Fixed Assets (FA).

- Good understanding of the complete Fixed Assets lifecycle, including asset additions, capitalization, Construction in Progress (CIP), depreciation, transfers, adjustments, and retirements.

- Experience with Asset Books, Asset Categories, Depreciation Methods, Prorate Conventions, and Asset Calendars.

- Understanding of Fixed Assets accounting and period-end close processes.

- Experience troubleshooting Oracle Payables (AP) and General Ledger (GL) integration issues.

- Hands-on knowledge of FBDI, ESS Jobs, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM).

- Experience in AMS/production support, functional troubleshooting, incident management, and SLA-driven environments.

- Ability to perform functional testing, regression testing, data validation, and reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials in enterprise production environments.

- Familiarity with Oracle quarterly release updates and their impact on Fixed Assets functionality.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize issues according to business impact and SLA requirements.
