Role Overview :

iPivot is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance MDM Functional Consultant to support financial master data management, governance, and integration across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

The role involves maintaining accurate and consistent financial master data, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and coordinating with finance and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements for financial master data management and translate them into functional solutions.

- Support the management and governance of financial master data, including chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, cost centres, and other finance-related reference data, as applicable.

- Support master data creation, maintenance, validation, standardization, and approval workflows.

- Define data governance processes, data ownership, validation rules, and controls to maintain data quality.

- Coordinate financial master data migration, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and validation during implementations or system transitions.

- Support integration of financial master data across Oracle Fusion modules and connected enterprise applications.

- Work with finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve consistency across financial reporting and transaction processing.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and user guides.

- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Provide functional support and collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve master data issues.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 15 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, financial master data management, or related functional consulting.

- Understanding of financial master data structures and governance processes.

- Knowledge of finance structures such as chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, and cost centres.

- Experience with data migration, data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

- Ability to gather requirements and prepare functional documentation.

- Experience with functional testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations or rollouts.

- Exposure to enterprise master data governance and data quality controls.

- Knowledge of integrations between finance modules and external systems.

- Experience supporting finance transformation or global template projects.
