Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and end-to-end implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading functional activities, understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and driving successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support activities.

- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to define appropriate solutions.

- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Finance solutions aligned with business processes.

- Work extensively on AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.

- Prepare functional specifications and support integration requirements with other modules.

- Lead functional testing, including test planning, execution, defect resolution, and validation.

- Conduct user training and support business users during implementation and deployment.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.

- Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

- Drive project activities and provide functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Finance Functional Consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials mandatory.

- Experience in 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.

- Strong expertise in AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

- Good understanding of finance business processes and Oracle Cloud functionality.

- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and training.

- Strong post-go-live support and troubleshooting experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
