We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead to spearhead our financial transformation initiatives in Bangalore. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically focusing on the Payables and Cash Management modules.

You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, internal technical teams, and client leadership to design, configure, and deploy scalable financial architectures. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of enterprise-wide financial operations, ensuring seamless automation, accurate reporting, and optimized cash flow management for our high-profile clients.

]Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles for Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring that Payables and Cash Management modules are aligned with client-specific business objectives.

- Translate complex financial business processes into functional design documents, facilitating clear

communication between stakeholders and technical development teams.

- Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP modules to streamline accounts payable workflows and bank reconciliation processes, significantly reducing manual intervention and operational errors.

- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and provide expert-level functional guidance to resolve critical system issues, ensuring high user adoption and system stability.

- Mentor junior functional consultants and provide subject matter expertise during project discovery, testing, and post-go-live support phases to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Finance, with a specialized focus on Oracle Payables, Cash Management, and General Ledger integration.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion standard functionality, minimizing the need for complex customizations.

- Possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical financial solutions to non-technical business leaders.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a proven track record of delivering successful Oracle Cloud implementations within the 7- 12 year experience bracket.
