Job Title : Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Job Timing : Dayshift

1. Work Flexibility : 48 days WFH throughout the year.

2. Working Hours : 10 am to 7 pm OR 11 am to 8 pm (depending upon project).

3. Commute : No cab facility provided; candidate must be comfortable traveling to HSR Layout office.

Qualification : CA (Mandatory)

Years of Experience : 5 - 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- 5+ years of experience in core Oracle Fusion Finance Applications Modules - AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and Tax.

- 5 - 8 years of IT industry work experience including finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using Oracle applications and/or other major ERP systems.

- Understanding set-up/configuration/administration areas to support current service portfolio.

- Interact with end-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users.

- Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of the application and help enhance application functionality.

- Responsible for understanding the current process, identifying, and delivering service improvements.

- Configure new organizational structures whenever required.

- Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional requirements.

- Maintain and improve system interfaces between key applications.

- Support the change management process to manage patch applications and configuration changes.

- Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes.

- Support new ERP or business unit initiatives and projects, including new functionality, process improvements, or migration of new business units onto the system.

Skills :

- 5 - 8 years of experience working with Oracle Financials Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Procurement modules : Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory.

- Good project management, planning, and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and develop new skills.

- Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner to end users and senior management.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact credibly at all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.

Mandatory Requirements :

- At least 4.5 years of relevant experience in Fusion Finance.

- Worked as a Functional Consultant, not as an end user.

- Willing to work from the Bangalore office.

- Experience in both Implementation and Support projects.
