Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong implementation expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.

The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience, strong functional knowledge of finance modules, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on business needs.

- Conduct solution design workshops and prepare functional design documents.

- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

- Work closely with technical consultants for integrations, reports, and customizations.

- Provide functional support and issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live phases.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Finance Functional consulting.

- Mandatory experience in Oracle Fusion Implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as :

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- Cash Management (CM)

- Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping.

- Exposure to data migration, testing

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in offshore delivery model.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Fusion certification is an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Exposure to integration with third-party systems.

- Knowledge of reporting tools like OTBI/BI Publisher.
