As an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust financial technology solutions. You will lead end-to-end implementation cycles, working closely with global stakeholders, finance controllers, and technical development teams to streamline accounting processes and optimize financial reporting. By translating intricate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations, you will directly influence the efficiency of organizational financial operations, ensuring seamless integration across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management modules to drive superior business outcomes.

An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

- Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

- Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional solutions on complex customer engagements.

- Overall experience of 7+ Years in Oracle Financials implementations in a Functional role.

- Modules knowledge of Fusion (All of them): General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA).

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules to align with global financial standards and specific client business processes.

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with finance stakeholders to document functional specifications and design effective solution blueprints.

- Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from initial design and configuration to rigorous testing and final production deployment.

- Resolve complex functional issues by performing root cause analysis and providing timely, sustainable solutions to ensure uninterrupted financial operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to oversee data migration, integration mapping, and the development of custom reports or extensions.

- Conduct comprehensive user training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower end-users and ensure high adoption rates of the Oracle platform.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management, with a deep understanding of accounting principles.

- Proven ability to lead functional workstreams in large-scale ERP implementations, showing a track record of delivering projects within defined timelines.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the management level.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable technical requirements.

- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a professional certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- High level of adaptability to work in a dynamic, multi-location environment across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Chennai, Kolkata, or Pune, maintaining productivity in both hybrid and collaborative team settings.

- Possession of 7 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials, demonstrating a consistent career progression in functional consulting roles.
