About the Role :

Are you a detail-driven Oracle Fusion expert ready to make an impact in a collaborative and future-focused environment? At Transitials, we're expanding our Team and looking for a Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion OTL who can deliver transformation with precision and purpose.

Job Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements for system enhancements.

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion OTL solutions, aligned with approved functional documentation (AN100, CM030, MD050, etc.).

- Lead UAT cycles - define test cases, support business testing, and resolve any issues.

- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) configurations, integrations, and fast formulas.

- Work closely with internal teams to roll out solutions across multiple entities and Joint Ventures.

- Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.

- Stay ahead of Oracle's quarterly updates to leverage new features and capabilities.

Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion, particularly Time and Labor (OTL).

- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Fusion OTL implementation.

- Strong hands-on with OTL setups, fast formulas, absence integration, and local timekeeping system integration.

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.

- Proficiency in test planning, documentation, and regression testing.

- Familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.

- Fluent English communication and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Nice to Have :

- Formal Oracle training or certifications.

- Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher, including custom subject area design.
