Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

An Oracle Fusion ERP functional specialist to support the delivery and adoption phase of our finance transformation. Design is complete - we need someone who can execute, train, and embed.

Delivery Responsibilities:

- Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Financials across the R2R workstream (GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, SLA, Period Close)

- Support UAT execution, defect resolution, and R2R process sign-off

- Deliver role-based Oracle Fusion training to finance end-users and super users

- Develop supporting materials - user guides, process flows, quick reference cards

- Run train-the-trainer sessions to build internal capability ahead of go-live

- Work directly with finance stakeholders to resolve issues and drive readiness

Experience Requirements:

- 3+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations with hands-on R2R experience

- Proven ability to deliver Oracle Fusion training to finance teams

- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving delivery environment

- Strong communicator with finance stakeholder experience
