About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP AR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable within Oracle Fusion ERP, with proven experience in end-to-end implementations and client-facing consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Oracle Fusion AR module implementations.

- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and configure AR functionality.

- Conduct workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GL, AP, FA, CM) for seamless integration.

- Provide best practice guidance and resolve functional issues.

- Document business processes, configurations, and testing outcomes.

- Deliver client training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills:

- 6 - 12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP AR.

- Strong knowledge of AR processes: invoicing, receipts, collections, adjustments, and reporting.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Fusion ERP implementations.

- Ability to work in hybrid mode and manage client interactions effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
