Role: Oracle Fusion ERP BCEA (Budgetary Control & Encumbrance Accounting) Consultant

Skills: Oracle FIN Cloud BCEA, 2-3 implementations/support, FIN lead, FSM/ADFdi, fit-gap, OTBI, loaders, and security.

Location: Hybrid Pan India

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Budgetary Control & Encumbrance Accounting (BCEA) implementations in Oracle Fusion ERP.

- Configure and manage budgetary control rules, encumbrance accounting setups, and workflows.

- Collaborate with finance teams to perform business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

- Develop and review functional specifications, OTBI reports, and analytics.

- Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle ERP modules and data loaders.

- Provide functional guidance, documentation, and training to end-users.

Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP BCEA.

- Hands-on experience with FSM, rapid implementation templates, and ADFdi.

- Knowledge of Oracle ERP integrations, security, and workflows.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
