Role Overview :

iPivot is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Consultant to support enterprise financial transformation initiatives. The consultant will work on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with a focus on financial master data management (MDM), project costing, project billing and fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials based on business requirements.

- Support financial master data management, including data validation, maintenance, governance and reconciliation.

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Project Costing, including expenditure types, project costs, cost allocation and project accounting.

- Configure and support Project Billing, including contract-related billing, billing events, invoice generation and billing adjustments.

- Manage Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets processes, including asset additions, transfers, retirements, depreciation and capitalization.

- Support integration and reconciliation between project financials, fixed assets and relevant Oracle Financials modules.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and solution designs.

- Participate in data migration, financial data validation and reconciliation activities.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams on reports, interfaces and system enhancements.

- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis and provide production support.

- Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, test scripts and functional specifications.

- Collaborate with finance, project management, business and technical teams to deliver implementation and support milestones.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

- Knowledge of financial master data management (MDM).

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Project Costing.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Project Billing.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets.

- Understanding of project accounting, cost allocation, billing and asset capitalization.

- Knowledge of financial data migration, validation and reconciliation.

- Experience with functional configuration, testing and production support.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations.

- Knowledge of integration with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Subledger Accounting (SLA), where relevant.

- Exposure to BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI reporting or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience working with enterprise clients on financial transformation projects.

Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 15 years of relevant professional experience.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

- Experience in one or more of the focus areas: MDM, Project Costing, Project Billing and Fixed Assets.

- Ability to own functional deliverables and resolve complex business and system issues.

- Excellent communication, documentation and client-facing skills.
