We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Projects Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle Project Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Projects modules and have the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system solutions.


The consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle Projects modules, conducting gap analysis, and recommending best practices to improve project accounting, billing, costing, budgeting, and resource management processes. They will collaborate with technical teams during integrations, customizations, testing, and deployment while ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities :


- Leading functional workshops


- Preparing business process documentation


- Configuring Oracle Projects applications


- Supporting data migration


- Performing system and user acceptance testing


- Providing end-user training and post-implementation support


The consultant will also troubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with Oracle standards and business policies.


Requirements :


- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Projects


- Experience with modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Resource Management


- Solid understanding of finance and project accounting principles


- Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles


- Knowledge of integrations with Oracle Financials, Procurement, and HCM will be an added advantage


- Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required


- Oracle certification and experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments are preferred
