Role Overview :

As an Oracle Flexcube Tester, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the stability and reliability of core banking operations for our client.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Oracle Flexcube modules to ensure seamless integration with existing banking infrastructure.

- Conduct end-to-end functional testing, including SIT and UAT, to identify defects and ensure alignment with business requirements.

- Analyze complex banking business processes to develop detailed test scenarios that cover edge cases and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot technical issues and validate bug fixes within the Flexcube environment.

- Maintain detailed documentation of test results and defect logs to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into project health and release readiness.

- Participate in requirement gathering sessions to provide early feedback on testability and potential system risks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in testing Oracle Flexcube core banking modules.

- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform backend testing within Oracle databases.

- Good communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Proven capability to manage multiple testing priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in banking software testing.
