We are looking for an experienced Oracle Flexcube Developer with 4 - 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Flexcube, along with experience in customization, development, integration, and support of banking applications. The candidate should possess strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot, with a solid understanding of core banking processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Flexcube applications.

- Work on implementation, enhancement, and support activities across Oracle Flexcube modules.

- Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL programs, procedures, functions, and packages.

- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE and Spring Boot-based applications and integrations.

- Integrate Oracle Flexcube with internal and third-party banking systems.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Flexcube.

1. Core Banking

2. CASA

3. Term Deposits (TD)

4. Interest & Charges (IC)

5. Retail Lending

6. ATM Modules

7. Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM)

- Strong programming experience in :

1. PL/SQL

2. Java 11+

3. J2EE

4. Spring Boot

- Hands-on experience in :

1. Oracle Flexcube customization

2. Application development

3. System integration

4. Production support and enhancements

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
