Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Financials, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting processes, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, support, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Oracle Fixed Assets (FA) and Lease Accounting modules.

- Manage asset lifecycle activities including asset additions, transfers, adjustments, depreciation, retirements, and asset tracking.

- Support lease accounting processes in compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards.

- Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to fixed assets and leases.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.

- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to improve asset management and lease accounting processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, data discrepancies, and system integration challenges.

- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training documentation.

- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and Oracle Cloud/EBS implementations.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting policies.
