Description : Oracle Financials Consultant Lease Accounting / AP / AR / GL / FAH (7 to 10 Years Experience)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financials Consultant with expertise across Lease Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH). The candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring robust accounting processes, compliance, and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules :

a. Lease Accounting

b. Accounts Payable (AP)

c. Accounts Receivable (AR)

d. General Ledger (GL)

e. Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)

- Configure and manage :

a. Lease contracts, amortization schedules, and compliance (IFRS 16 / ASC 842)

b. Invoice processing, payments, and supplier management (AP)

c. Billing, receipts, and customer management (AR)

d. Journal entries, allocations, and financial reporting (GL)

e. Accounting rules and subledger accounting (FAH)

- Design and implement end-to-end accounting flows and integrations

- Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

- Configure Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and mapping sets in FAH

- Support data migration, reconciliation, and financial close processes

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies

- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support

- Collaborate with technical teams for :

a. Interfaces

b. Data conversions

c. Reports (OTBI / BI Publisher)

d. Perform testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and user training

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Financials

- Strong hands-on experience in :

a. Lease Accounting (Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting preferred)

b. AP, AR, GL modules

- Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) / Subledger Accounting (SLA)

- Experience in end-to-end implementations (2+ preferred)

- Strong understanding of :

a. Accounting principles and financial processes

b. Lease accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842)

c. Accounting transformations and data mapping

- Experience with :

a. Journal processing and reconciliation

b. Financial close cycles

c. Multi-GAAP / multi-ledger environments

- Ability to create functional specifications and solution designs

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

- Knowledge of legacy system integration with FAH

- Exposure to :

a. Financial reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)

b. Data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)

c. Basic SQL knowledge

- Oracle certifications (nice to have)
