Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules, financial business processes, system integrations, and cloud implementations. The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient financial solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.

- Configure financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expense Management, Tax, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practice solutions.

- Configure chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, calendars, and financial reporting structures.

- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ADFDI.

- Develop and customize financial reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).

- Conduct system integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training sessions.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and Oracle best practices.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, training materials, and support guides.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules such as :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Fixed Assets (FA)

5. Cash Management (CM)

6. Expense Management

7. Tax

8. Subledger Accounting (SLA)

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial configurations, financial reporting, and accounting processes.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, ADFDI, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.

- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).

- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Experience with period-end close, reconciliation, and financial compliance.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing abilities.
