As an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will engage directly with stakeholders to analyze financial workflows, design scalable system configurations, and lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Financials modules. Your daily contributions will involve troubleshooting functional bottlenecks, conducting system testing, and ensuring that the deployed solutions drive operational efficiency and financial accuracy for our clients. By acting as a subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring seamless system adoption across the client organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets, to ensure alignment with client business objectives.

- Translate complex business requirements into functional design documents and configuration specifications to facilitate seamless system development.

- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and provide innovative solutions to address functional challenges within the existing financial framework.

- Manage user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability and high user satisfaction levels.

- Collaborate with technical teams and developers to oversee the creation of custom reports, interfaces, and data conversions that meet specific client needs.

- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Oracle platform and long-term process sustainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and supporting Oracle Financials Cloud or E-Business Suite with a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

- Proven ability to manage client expectations and communicate complex functional concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide timely, scalable resolutions in high-pressure environments.
