Oracle Field Service Functional Consultant

Role : Oracle Field Service (OFS) Technical Consultant :

Seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud professional with expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing OFS solutions. The role involves configuring key OFS modules such as Resource Management, Capacity/Quota, Routing, Collaboration, Communication, Mobility, Core Manage, Business Rules, and Statistical Parameters. Responsibilities include integrating OFS with Oracle Sales/Service Cloud, Fusion Cloud, and external systems using OFS APIs and middleware.

The candidate will define end-to-end solution architecture, configure outbound integrations, customize Manage and Mobility screens, create functional and technical design documentation, and provide implementation, testing, and production support. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with presales teams on demos and proposals, resolving Oracle product issues through service requests, and leading a small team of developers, integration specialists, and testers during project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Oracle Field Service (OFS) modules to align with specific business workflows and operational requirements.

- Develop and maintain complex integrations between OFS and Oracle Fusion Cloud using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to ensure seamless data synchronization.

- Build and deploy custom plugins within the OFS environment to extend core functionality and improve user experience for field technicians.

- Design and implement secure RESTful web services and API integrations to facilitate communication between disparate enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks in existing integrations to maintain high system availability and performance.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
