Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS / Hyperion Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC) processes, data integration, financial reporting, and application support.

This role requires end-to-end involvement across implementation, enhancements, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration within Oracle EPM environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and design scalable Oracle EPM solutions

- Develop, configure, and maintain FCCS and HFM applications

- Perform metadata management, including dimension and member creation

- Manage data integration activities (FDMEE/Data Management, mappings, validations)

- Develop financial reports, Smart View reports, and dashboards

- Support monthly and quarterly financial consolidation cycles

- Handle production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements

- Configure security roles, user provisioning, and access controls

- Support UAT cycles, documentation, and end-user training

- Collaborate closely with finance teams and business stakeholders

Mandatory Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in :

- Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud)

- HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)

- FDMEE / Data Management

- HFR (Hyperion Financial Reporting)

- EPRCS (Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud)

- Proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and support projects

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, balance sheet validation, and reporting processes

Hands-on expertise in :

- Metadata creation and maintenance

- Data load processes (import formats, locations, validation rules)

- Smart View reporting and financial report development

- Security setup and user management

- Experience in UAT support, business-user training, and requirement gathering

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Essbase, Hyperion Planning, EPMA, Close Management

- Exposure to SAP to HFM/FCCS integrations

- Knowledge of exchange rate automation

- Experience with Oracle EPM 11.x versions

- Understanding of INDAS/GAAP reporting requirements

- Experience in migration or upgrade projects (HFM/FDMEE)

- Knowledge of scripting, business rules, and web forms

- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications

Preferred Certifications :

- Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Certification

- Oracle Planning Implementation Certification

- Oracle Account Reconciliation Certification
