We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) professional with 12 - 15 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations, financial consolidation, close management, and enterprise performance management solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end FCCS solution design, implementation, support, and optimization initiatives while working closely with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient consolidation and reporting solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle FCCS, financial close processes, consolidation rules, reporting, integrations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) solutions.

- Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand consolidation, close, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.

- Configure and manage FCCS applications including : Consolidation processes Intercompany eliminations

- Currency translation Ownership management Financial reporting

- Drive application architecture discussions and recommend best practices for Oracle EPM solutions.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Manage FCCS metadata, business rules, data forms, calculations, and security configurations.

- Design and support integrations between FCCS and ERP/source systems using EPM Data Management, Data Integration, FDMEE, or related tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system and functional issues.

- Ensure system performance optimization, governance, and adherence to organizational standards.

- Mentor junior team members and provide functional and technical guidance.

- Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, and architecture reviews.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12 - 15 years of overall IT experience with strong experience in Oracle EPM solutions.

- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS). Strong understanding of : Financial consolidation

- Close and reporting processes Intercompany reconciliation Currency translation Financial planning and reporting concepts

- Experience in FCCS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Expertise in : Business Rules Calculation Manager Smart View Financial Reporting Data Management / Data Integration

- Good understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and best practices.

- Experience integrating FCCS with ERP systems such as Oracle ERP, SAP, or other financial systems. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.

- Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.

- Ability to lead teams and drive project deliverables independently.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other Oracle EPM modules such as EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or PCMCS.

- Knowledge of financial compliance and statutory reporting requirements.

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies. Oracle EPM/FCCS certifications preferred.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- MBA/CA/CMA/CPA qualifications will be an added advantage.
