Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced Oracle FAH Functional professional to lead end-to-end solution delivery, drive finance transformation projects, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

The role also requires strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP GL/AR, financial processes, functional design, testing, deployment, and support, as well as a solid accounting background.

Further, it is preferable to have basic knowledge to reporting (BIP/OTBI) and basic knowledge of integrations (using OIC or any other tools) to understand source data being grouped or accounted with FAH rules.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Understand Oracle Cloud ERP finance and accounting flows to work effectively with business stakeholders.

- Lead projects and manage them end to end by creating a plan and owning execution of the plan while working collaboratively with all stakeholders.

- Assist with all phases of the solution delivery lifecycle, including specifying features, working with IT developers and vendors, coordinating with the implementation team, supporting testing activities, facilitating business testing, and overseeing deployment efforts.

- Create and maintain system architecture, data flow, functional flow documents, and other technical artifacts working with domain architects, business, and other technology teams for new solutions being implemented.

- Participate in the Change Management process for the applications.

- Provide training to end users and/or other IT personnel whenever needed.

- Review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate.

- Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications.

- Assist with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.

- Ability to write functional specification documents, test plans, test scripts pertaining to Oracle Cloud ERP Finance tasks.

- Should be hands-on with working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP GL, AR.

- Should have accounting degree/background.

Required Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials architecture.

- Good understanding of Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payables (AP), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).

- Basic knowledge of reporting (BIP & OTBI) and Integration design flows.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM modules and financial planning processes.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and release management.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud security roles and data access controls.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

- Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle Integration Cloud certification is preferred.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- FAH certification is an added advantage.
