Oracle ERP Technical Manager EBS / Cloud

Location : Hyderabad / Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Technical Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle ERP Cloud. The role requires a balance of technical leadership, team management, solution design, and delivery ownership across implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a technical team of 10+ resources.

- Plan, assign, track, and review technical deliverables.

- Drive Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, integration, and support activities.

- Own technical solution design, architecture, development, and delivery.

- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership.

- Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting when required.

- Develop/support solutions using PL/SQL, Java, APIs, and interfaces.

- Manage third-party integrations and Oracle Cloud integrations using REST/SOAP and OIC.

- Handle production issues, RCA, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Mentor team members and ensure technical quality and delivery standards.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience.

- Strong experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle ERP Cloud.

- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members.

- Strong hands-on PL/SQL and Oracle Apps techno-functional expertise.

- Experience with Java, APIs, interfaces, and integrations.

- Oracle ERP implementation and production support experience.

- Strong solution design, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.

- Willing to work from office and support flexible shifts when required.

Good to Have :

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Workflow and AME

- DevOps / CI-CD exposure

- PMP Certification

Education :

- UG : Any Graduate, B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
