Job Summary :

Senior Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Payroll, Core HR, and OTL, and deep knowledge of Fast Formulas. The candidate should have hands-on experience in multi-country payroll implementations including Middle East, UK, Australia, and Europe, with the ability to manage complex payroll requirements, statutory compliance, and critical payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Should have been part of 3 end to end payroll implementation of various countries and upgrade projects.

- Strong experience in Design, test, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM R12 modules, including Core HR, Payroll , OTL.

- Managing end-to-end payroll testing cycles for new developments, enhancements, and statutory changes

- Work with business users to understand requirements, develop functional specifications, and provide solutions

- Strong knowledge of Multi-Country Payroll & Compliance

- Middle East (KSA) GOSI, EOSB, Housing, Allowances

- Australia Superannuation

- UK PAYE, NI, RTI

- Europe Country-specific compliance

- Ability to handle payroll compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations

- Ability to handle year-end processes and statutory reporting

- Good knowledge in payroll relates to Earning & Deductions , Taxation country specific payroll

- Strong knowledge in preparation of MD050 / Functional Design

- Documents/BR100 relates to Payroll setups

- Experience in Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and fast formulas

- Ability to handle relates to Retro pay processing and corrections during payroll run

- Take ownership of critical payroll issues by raising Service Requests (SRs) and collaborating with Oracle Support to ensure timely resolution

- Support critical payroll cycles (monthly, weekly, bi-weekly) across multiple countries

- Candidate should have experience in third party payroll integrations

- Work closely with technical teams Interfaces, APIs ,Data migration

- Knowledge of payroll costing and accounting is an added advantage

- Experience in HCM Cloud Payroll and OTL is added advantage

- Demonstrate customer service ethics, leadership ability, and decision-making skills

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and effective relationships across teams and various levels in the organization

- Provide support and guidance to end-users on system usage relates to various country specific payroll users

- Oracle HCM R12 certification is a plus

- Flexible to work to adhere to project deadlines.

- Keep up to date with the latest Oracle EBS R12 HRMS releases and technologies, and proactively communicate relevant updates to stakeholders
