Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Oracle ERP Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor for our enterprise clients, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions within the Oracle EBS ecosystem. You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain custom extensions and integrations. Your work will directly influence the stability and performance of critical business applications, ensuring that the organizations ERP infrastructure remains agile and aligned with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers to support custom business logic and data integrity within Oracle EBS.

- Build and maintain user-friendly interfaces using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle APEX to enhance the end-user experience.

- Configure and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow processes to automate and streamline business approvals and document routing.

- Develop and optimize Oracle Reports and BI Publisher templates to provide actionable insights and regulatory documentation for business units.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the full SDLC, from requirement gathering and technical design to testing and production deployment.

- Perform performance tuning on database objects and application code to ensure high availability and responsiveness of ERP modules.

- Provide technical guidance and support during system upgrades, patches, and integration projects to minimize operational downtime.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in PL/SQL development, including advanced query optimization and database design within an Oracle ERP environment.

- Proven ability to build and customize OAF pages and Oracle APEX applications, with a strong focus on UI/UX best practices for enterprise users.

- Deep understanding of Oracle Workflow architecture and the ability to design complex approval hierarchies and notification systems.

- Strong analytical capabilities to translate ambiguous business requirements into precise technical specifications and functional code.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurugram, maintaining high productivity and collaboration across distributed teams.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 6-11 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS development.
