Oracle ERP Cloud PPM & Grants Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an Oracle ERP Cloud PPM & Grants Consultant with 611 years of experience in Oracle Cloud PPM, with strong hands-on expertise in Grants Management and sponsored-project processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in configuration, project costing, billing, budgeting, integrations, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle Cloud Grants Management, including awards, sponsors, funding sources, and compliance requirements.

- Configure Oracle Cloud PPM modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Foundation for grant-funded projects.

- Configure award budgets, funding patterns, project billing, and revenue recognition for sponsored projects.

- Support integrations between PPM and Oracle Financials, including GL, AP, AR, and Procurement.

- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.

- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.

- Configure solutions and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and implement enhancements across PPM and Grants.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-11 years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud PPM.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PPM and Grants Management.

- Good understanding of award management, sponsored projects, funding, and project billing.

- Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, billing, and revenue processes for grant-funded projects.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, and implementation.

- Good understanding of PPMFinancials integration flows.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, UAT, and production support.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Oracle Cloud PPM certification.

- Experience in public sector, higher education, research, or grant-funded organizations.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integrations and related financial modules.
