Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications to ensure thorough test coverage.

- Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify defects and inconsistencies in Oracle EPM applications.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients to gather feedback and validate the functionality of EPM solutions.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect tracking to ensure traceability and transparency throughout the testing process.

- Perform data validation using SQL queries to verify data integrity and accuracy within the EPM system.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing team.

- Actively participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute test cases for Oracle EPM applications.

- Proven expertise in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gathering client feedback.

- Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and analysis.

- Solid understanding of Agile testing methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid work environment.
