Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Consultant to join our team and lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Planning, EPBCS/PCMCS, business rules, data integration, metadata management, and EPM automation.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPM Suite projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Design and implement solutions using Oracle Planning, EPBCS, and PCMCS.

- Work with out-of-the-box modules, custom cubes, and reporting cubes based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, and MDX calculations.

- Configure and manage data integration, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and application structures.

- Automate administrative and operational activities using EPM Automate, batch/shell scripting, and Groovy.

- Manage Shared Services user provisioning, roles, access controls, and security setup.

- Support business processes related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EPM solutions.

- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions.

- Drive solution enhancements and contribute to application performance optimization.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- CA, BE, or B.Tech degree.

- 2-10 years of experience working with Oracle Planning/EPM solutions.

- Hands-on experience with EPBCS or PCMCS, including :

1. Out-of-the-box modules

2. Custom cubes

3. Reporting cubes

- Proven experience leading delivery across Oracle EPM Suite projects.

- Strong experience with :

1. Business Rules

2. Forms

3. Dashboards

4. Data Integration

5. Metadata Management

6. MDX Calculations

- Hands-on experience with EPM Automate.

- Experience with batch/shell operations and Groovy scripting.

- Experience with Shared Services user provisioning and security configuration.

- Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
